Returns Policy
Ammunition — All Sales Final
For safety and legal reasons, all ammunition sales are final. Once ammunition leaves our control we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or restock it for resale. This is standard practice across the industry and is stated at checkout before you place your order.
Defective or Incorrect Products
We stand behind every load we build. If you believe a product is defective, or we shipped you the wrong item, contact us at info@crusadermunitions.com promptly upon discovery with your order number and the lot number printed on the box — the lot number is how we verify and trace every load we make. Do not fire ammunition you believe to be defective. We may ask you to send the remainder of the box back to us for inspection, with a prepaid label on us. We will replace the product, credit you, or refund you — our choice, but we'll make it right.
Non-Ammunition Items
Unused, unopened non-ammunition items (tools, gauges, components, gear) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Buyer pays return shipping. Items must arrive back in original condition and packaging.
Garage Sale Items
Items in the Garage Sale category are one-offs sold as-is, with no returns.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order ships, the policies above apply.
