Shipping Policy

How We Ship

All ammunition ships UPS Ground from our shop — federal law prohibits air shipment of ammunition. Orders are packed and handed to UPS within 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Rates

• Flat $15 shipping on orders under $200.
• Free shipping on orders of $200 or more.

Adult Signature Required

Every ammunition delivery requires the signature of an adult 21 years or older at the delivery address. Plan to have someone available — UPS will not leave ammunition at the door, so porch theft is off the table. Because a signature is required, we cannot ship to PO boxes; please use a street address.

Every Shipment Is Covered

Every order ships fully covered against loss or damage in transit, door to door, at no extra cost. If UPS loses or damages your package, we make it right — replacement or refund, our cost. No add-on fees, no "shipping protection" checkbox.

Where We Ship

We ship to the continental United States only. Due to state and local law or carrier restrictions, we do not ship ammunition to:

Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Washington, D.C. — nor to U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Micronesia) or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Checkout will not accept orders shipped to these locations. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to ammunition purchase and possession at the destination — including any county or city ordinances within states we do ship to.

Local Pickup

Prefer to skip shipping? Select local pickup at checkout and collect your order at Tipton Tactical. Bring valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older; the person picking up must be the purchaser.

Failed Deliveries and Address Errors

UPS attempts delivery three times. If no eligible adult is available to sign and the package is returned to us, we will either reship at your expense or refund the order minus our actual shipping costs (outbound, return, and signature fees). Please double-check your address at checkout — carrier address-correction fees (currently about $20) are passed through to the buyer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@crusadermunitions.com within 5 business days with photos. If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, reach out and we'll open a trace with UPS and make it right.
