Shipping Policy

How We Ship

All ammunition ships UPS Ground from our shop — federal law prohibits air shipment of ammunition. Orders are packed and handed to UPS within 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Rates

  • Flat $25 UPS Ground on every shipped order.
  • Free shipping is promotional only, by code, when we post one. There is no automatic free-shipping threshold.

Age and Delivery

You must be 21 or older to purchase. We do not require an adult signature on everyday deliveries. Ammunition still cannot ship to a PO box — please use a street address.

Every Shipment Is Covered

Every order ships fully covered against loss or damage in transit, door to door, at no extra cost. If UPS loses or damages your package, we make it right — replacement or refund, our cost. No add-on fees, no "shipping protection" checkbox.

Where We Ship

We ship to the continental United States only. Due to state and local law or carrier restrictions, we do not ship ammunition to:

Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Washington, D.C. — nor to U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Micronesia) or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Checkout will not accept orders shipped to these locations. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to ammunition purchase and possession at the destination — including any county or city ordinances within states we do ship to.

Failed Deliveries and Address Errors

If a package is returned to us because of an address error or a refused delivery, we will either reship at your expense or refund the order minus our actual shipping costs. Please double-check your address at checkout — carrier address-correction fees (currently about $20) are passed through to the buyer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@crusadermunitions.com within 5 business days with photos. If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, reach out and we'll open a trace with UPS and make it right.
