This store is operated by Crusader Munitions, LLC ("Crusader Munitions," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Eligibility to Purchase
By ordering from this site you certify that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are not prohibited by federal, state, or local law from purchasing or possessing ammunition, and that the products you order are legal to possess at the shipping destination. You confirm this at checkout with every order. We refuse and refund any order we believe violates these conditions.
Compliance Is the Buyer's Responsibility
Ammunition laws vary by state, county, and city and change frequently. While our checkout blocks the jurisdictions we cannot ship to, it is ultimately your responsibility to know and comply with every law that applies to you. Purchasing from this site is not legal advice and not a representation that possession is lawful where you live.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or compliance concerns — and our only obligation if we decline is a prompt, full refund. Displayed prices and stock levels are updated in good faith but errors happen; if we discover a material error affecting your order we'll contact you before proceeding.
Shipping, Returns, and Delivery
Shipping terms, delivery-state restrictions, and the adult-signature requirement are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return terms — including that all ammunition sales are final — are set out in our Returns Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Safe and Lawful Use
Our ammunition is manufactured for lawful purposes by trained shooters using firearms in good repair and chambered for the correct cartridge. Load data and lot numbers are printed on every box; use the product only in the cartridge designated. Misuse, modification, improper storage, or use in a damaged or incorrectly chambered firearm can cause serious injury or death.
Warranty Disclaimer
Beyond the express commitments in our Returns Policy, products are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties, so this may not fully apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of Tennessee.
